As some of you are aware, we are not currently taking credit or debit cards in the office. In order to accept your rental payment, there are other options available.

We do accept you to pay online at markat87.com on the resident portal, or you are more than welcome to pay with a money order or cashiers check.

In the event that the office is closed, we do have a drop box located next to the front door.
